International Bar Association: Maritime and Transport Law Conference

Our Managing Partner, Ms Fuzet Farid, attended the Maritime and Transport Law Conference, 7-8 June 2017 at Sheraton Rio de Janeiro Hotel (Leblon), Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The conference was presented by the IBA Maritime and Transport Law Committee and supported by the IBA Latin American Regional Forum.

The first session of the Maritime and Transport Law Conference, on 7 June 2017, presented by the International Bar Association on "Shipping, energy and commodities: Legal challenges in offshore, ports and sea carriage".

The session on 8 June 2017 on "Major offshore casualty response and assessment", a talk by Aurelio Fernandez-Concheso of Clyde & Co, Caracas, Venezuela.
