Our Managing Partner, Fuzet Farid, accompanied by our Senior
Associate, Jiradevi Veerasiman, attended the Women’s International and Trading Association
(WISTA) #UnlockingAsia Spring Conference 2018. The conference was held at the Hotel Fort Canning in Singapore on Thursday, 10 May 2018.
WISTA International aims to group together women working in maritime,
trading, and logistics sectors. WISTA was formed in 1974 in Sweden and now has more than
40 national WISTA associations worldwide.
Fuzet is an active WISTA member and frequently attends WISTA
events in Singapore. The team at Messrs Fuzet Farid takes this opportunity to
congratulate WISTA Singapore for organising a successful conference which also celebrates 20 years of the establishment of WISTA Singapore. It is hoped that WISTA Malaysia will be established in the near future.
